So happy with this workshop I filmed with Joey Miles on the Ashtanga posture Supta Kurmasana. It is just full of useful detail to get you past your sticking points in Supta Kurmasana. You can bet there is going to be a lot more to come from Joey! Supta Kurmasana is one of the most challenging postures in the Ashtanga Primary Series so take your time and don't rush, if you are a beginner to ashtanga allow yourself to do modifications until your body has got strong and open enough. The posture requires a lot of mobility in the hips and for some of us that can take a while to achieve.
