Sir mai morning me GYM jata hu kyu ki job ka timings thoda ood hai , to please morning me GYM jane se pahale aur uske bad meal kaise lu bcz hamare GYM me koi trainer nahin hai, bas apke video dekh kar use follow karta hu aur uska result bhi accha hai, bas Masal cutting to ho gaye bt grow nahi ho rahi hai to please please please sir aisa kuch dait plan bataiye jo subah GYM jane se pehle kaunse meal lu aur uske bad ki meal kaise follow karu.....🙏🙏🙏

Breakfast 1.Daliya raw -50gm 2.Chana raw -50gm with lemon 3.eggs with yolk-4 Snack meal 1.Sweet potato -200gm 2.Ground nut- 50gm Lunch 1.soya chunks 50gm/1 cup 2.White rice -250gm 3.Paneer -100gm 4.Cucumber- 1 Pre workout (2hrs before ) 1.brown bread- 4 slices 2.banana - 1 3.Peanut butter -32gm Post workout 1.eggs with yolk - 4 2.white potato -200gm 3.banana - 1 Dinner 1.chapati -4 2.Soya-chunks -50gm 3.cucumber-1 Because time is precious ✌🏻

Here's my 2500 calorie diet 2 glass milk 350 calories 10 roti with ghee 1200 calories 2 cup sabzi 150 calories 100 gm peanuts 560 calories 2 potato 220 calories. Isme carbs and fat hote hai but protein ke liye soya chunks alag se add kar leta hu❤️

8 whole egg is quite ok, but what about 100 grams of Soya chunk? This would increase the oestrogen level affecting the testosterone level at the same time.

Bhai soya chunk daily consume nhi karne hote alternate days par kha sakte ho. Or usko kisi or sources se change kar sakte ho. And it is definitely a fact that soya increage estrogen.

Or is there any difference regarding the nutrition could you please tell us.. Because I'm a student residing in hostel so, even though I can purchase the eggs I don't have any tools to boil them... Sir.. Enough amount of soyabean can increase the production of estrogen hormones in men's body... 50-60 gm everyday is OK.. but 120 gm everyday cannot be good for men's body... if I'm wrong please clear this in by making a vdo..

Morning BF - 3/4 eggs ( Eggwhite) , 2 Bread slice peanut butter Mid morning - Almonds , Walnuts (10+4) , Milk with oats Lunch - Salad, Normal healthy meal with 1/2 chapati , Sabji , Dal Evening - Fruits + 2 eggs Night- Oats with Milk Is this diet good ? recommend by my trainer recently
