Just use Myfitnesspal app. Put the amounts in there and scan the barcodes and you'll have your macros, nutrients and calories.

@@thesocialintrovertchronicles if you get obsessive it's unhealthy. I'm using lifesum to stay in a calorie deficit while I get in shape and tone up for the summer. But when people start to get obsessive then eating disorders can start

@@marunekochannel Oil is needed, as a healthy fat, for a healthy diet and they didn't add too much oil. Dijon Mustard is the definition of a low-cal sauce. Greek Yogurt has a bit more cals but it adds a lot of protein to a dish that needed it

That is 2tbs spread over 4 meals....not more than 1/2 tablespoon so like 60 calories added. You must not cook so to you it looks like a lot.

Meal prepped food typically lasts 3-4 days before it goes bad. Also, Fridays people tend to go out for dinner since it's the weekend.

One thing I can't understand about American food is how they have no gravy/sauce. Most major cuisine would have some gravy (Indian) or sauce (Italian), that brings the entire recipe together. How can people eat this dry food?

Think for yourselves a little, if you're always gonna depend on recipes to tell you the calories of the food you're making, you're never gonna be able to maintain a diet. If it's not obvious these meals are low-cal, then you need to do some research
