the collard greens recipe sounds great. for those who have hard time with texture or flavor of a raw collard green, you can lightly blanche or steam it. and it'll be easier to digest as well as more tender to the pallet.

Thanks for the great tips! I'm going to try the frozen zucchini in my next smoothie... What a great idea! And THANK YOU for saying that steveia gives you an aftertaste! It does that for me too! I don't like it at all! All my friends think I'm weird for saying that. But seriously, it has an after taste to me. I'm totally going to get some monk fruit sweetener and try that tomorrow!

Zucchini in smoothies is great i add them even raw and unfrozen, but this way you want get the texture from a banana. Zoats are made from oats and Zucchini not just Zucchini ✌️
