Oh Jessica, I sooooo love seeing new workouts from you and this one looks AMAZING!!! It will be fantastic as an add on to one of your walks .....I have them all and just bought the new DVD series, which I am loving!! I am sooooooo happy you are back!!!!!

This was just what I needed today! I must have done something to my knee a few days ago, as it has been swollen(a little) and painful---but I still wanted to work out. This gave my legs some good energy without stressing my knee out, and now I feel like I can start my day out "on the right foot!" Thanks, Jessica!

This looks like something I should do a few times a week, to tone things up some more! I feel like exercises like these get more into specific areas than weight lifting! And, frankly, these exercises are far more difficult than pushing those heavy weights…lol. Thanks, Jessica!

I loved this one! Workouts that I do never barely target these muscles, specially the inner thighs. Was surprised I wasn't super sore the next day. Love love love!

Hi Jessica. I love all your workouts! I recently tore my ACL and am awaiting surgery. I have regained full range of motion but would really love to have some workouts that are particularly knee friendly for those of us who either will have surgery or will have recently had surgery. Looking forward to seeing them!

Hi Sofia! I'm so sorry to hear about your ACL tear! Hopefully you can work with a physical therapist who can offer you specific guidance on what is best for your knee as you prepare for surgery and afterwards in order to heal properly. Wishing you a full and speedy recovery!

Great new workout. Thank you! Apparently I am too short as had trouble holding the ball in all the exercises so switched out to a pillow for some of those. 😆 (Even let air out of my ball, which is just like yours, but still couldn’t always “hold” it. 😂) Thank you for the new workouts. Now on to your new, and a new personal favorite, Total Body Short Circuit. ❤️

Is it normal, when doing clamshells, for the top hip to crack? Both hips crack on their respective sides. It's disturbing.
