Today was a very special milestone for me! I had only been using 10 pound dumbells and they were starting to feel light, I picked up a set of 12 pounds and used them for the first time today! Thank you Heather!

Love leg day! I’ve been focusing on my form and trying not to hold my breath during the reps. I’m starting to notice I have more strength and control, especially while doing lunges, sometimes I wobble a bit, but I’ve felt more stability lately. And I think I need to increase my weights from 8 to 10 for leg days! I’m going to try it next time! Thank you for the push, Heather! 🌟🤗

The first benefit I notice is my improved mood - I'm much calmer and happier when I exercise regularly! I enjoy challenging myself with heavier weights for squats, lunges, and deadlifts. I used to avoid jumping during the cardio moves, and now I'm adding the hops and jumps - most of the time. Thanks for your consistently great workouts!

Oh. My. This lower body & CARDIO Sesh (😂🥵) was so challenging!! Legs, booty, and heart rate on 🔥!! Struggled a bit by the end, but made it through! 💪🏼 And the music helped a lot, perfect soundtrack to pump us up Heather, tks!! Saving this to my favorites, cause with challenge comes change! Loving this program! 💜 (burned 340 cals on my fitbit)

Done smashing Day 48🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥my legs are on fire🔥🔥specially today lots of jumping🥵🥵🥵but the good thing is that no more modifications and I can finished jumping now, and I feel my body when I jump is very light,so I think that's my improvement since Day 1 if we talk about jumping and on my legs no more soreness I felt after the workouts unlike before...Woooow that's amazing Heather lot's of improvements now on my body, thanks to you😊🥰🥰

Hi all! I wonder if there is anybody else who is following the program but only using light weights... I only have 2 sets of dumbbells, 2kg and 3kg, and I could not buy heavier ones at the moment. I am happy I have managed to be consistent until here, but I feel I am 'cheating' by not going up with the weights :(

We went for a hike on Saturday that was all downhill and then all uphill. I motored up 1.5 miles of straight uphill like it was nothing! My husband was impressed with my leg endurance.

I am currently on my 4th round of 2.0. When I think of where I started and where I am now, I’m so grateful. Leg days aren’t my favorite but I embrace the challenge. I am lifting heavier and with better depth and form than I ever have… I mean ever. So while my body is in the process of transformation (which can be slow at times) I rejoice in the steps forward and all the progress… let’s all keep it going ok! Of course at this point in the program I'm feeling stronger but the most surprising change I'm seeing is a vast improvement in my flexibility. I used to do Pilates almost exclusively along with a beginner ballet class and I wasn't this flexible. A great win for functional fitness, too!

Heather, this one was a total burner! I have noticed a significant change in leg strength and I got a spin bike a few months ago to supplement when i couldn't go for runs in the winter. My leg muscles are definitely growing especially quads and hamstrings! Anyways, my hubby and I did this one earlier this morning and I wanted to challenge myself to do this a second round this evening. I completed most all the moves but had to take a few breaks between. I went a bit heavier too with weights. I just want to thank you for everything you do for us ❤️❤️❤️ I'm tired now so it's rest time until the next one. 😆 😴

My husband did this one with me (it's a rarity)!!! We tried to keep going between the two moves (i.e., 4 mins/superset), which definitely pushed my endurance. My goal is to improve endurance and speed during the next few weeks. Thanks, Heather!

R2D48 used the 25 lbs weights except for the first exercise. In round one, I used 15, 20 and 25 LBS.

My strength has increased dramatically. I can get through all workouts w/ 5lb to 8lb weights. I use the lighter weights because I have injuries in both shoulders. I have also lost three inches and pounds since beginning Program I (did it twice) and now Program II.

Hi Heather - loved this one so much!! I take most of the modifications due to knee issues and found I needed a couple more. I’m curious your thoughts on what I swapped in or if you’d do something different! In lieu of pop lunges I did reverse lunge and drive, and in lieu of stand ups I did squat pulses. Thoughts?? Thanks for another great sweaty session!!

I wish you would do a modification for that exercise getting up and down on your knees with weights I have bad knees. I do not know if you read these comments you probably do but it's just suggestion showing more modifications for certain exercises like that and other ones I would appreciate it
