1. Lose weight (reduce belly fat) 2. cut refined sugar 3. Low carb 4. Intermittent fasting 5. Increase fiber 6. Exercise 7. Omega 3 (fish oil) 8. Cold pressed oils 9. Less dry fruits 10. Eat slow! 11. Methi seeds, raw garlic, turmeric 12. Vitamin b3 13. sleep!!! Let's do it!

I couldn’t recommend this man enough 👍 such a balance he brings out with best from both worlds This is coming from a guy who had heart attack at the age of 36 and came out of it without stents against all odds & came out medication less than a year … keep up the good Luke..you are an god sent 💙💙💙

Hello Luke, I live in the California and have been listening to your videos since the beginning of the year. I do IF at least 3 days of the week. My triglycerides levels in a test done last week was down to 55 - ‘fantastic’ - my doctor said. I committed to 30-60 minutes of yoga/walking 3-4 times a week and working towards a daily goal. The results of IF are truly amazing-. - higher energy levels, increased concentration,. My heartfelt gratitude 🙏🏼

Thanks for being so helpful with all your worthy home remedies for health problems.My triglyceride levels always use to be marginal high but all of a sudden last Feb it came 238.Eventhough always my eating was sensible and was walking regularly. But again in this year report level reduced to 179 .May be because of IF and over all life style changes I implemented after following you.I want to convey my deep , genuine " heart felt " thanks for all the health benefits I am noticing after following you.

I heard from Dr, berg Dr, Jason fung and Dr, Aseem Malhotra that saturated fats are good it’s vegetable oil who’s to blame can you put some light on that part please.
