I’ve just tried this and experienced a deep ache in my heart which makes me wonder if it’s working. I am an emotional eater. I stuff my emotions with food. So far for me it does. I am more conscious of my eating. The weight is not magically coming off. My awareness feels elevated. I have not been exercising. When I feel a binge coming on I listen to this. I feel like it helps. I still listen everyday and I am down 3 more pounds since my last post.

+sarah naqvi Hi Sarah! The video acts like a catalyst in my weight loss journey. I usually hear this in the early morning when I'm heading to work or during lunch if I have to time to spare. My other means is drinking green tea (using the same teabag and refilling 3x), forcing myself to eat a fruit in between meals (i.e. 10.30am and 3pm) and having a light dinner. Other meals like breakfast and lunch are as per normal without any restrictions. I have not started exercising but I do try to walk more when the opportunity arises. This hypnosis aids me in fantasizing the results of weight loss which in returns strengthen my motivation to journey on. Hope this helps. And good luck my dear~~~

Quarantine thingsssss I’m 16 and I’m 5’1” 156cm I’m a teenage girl I’m currently 59kg 130Ibs My short term goal is 55kg 121Ibs by May And my goal weight is 52kg 115Ibs Day1 30/03/20: first listen no results Day2 31/03/20: I want this to be super honest I gained weight which I found strange since I ate healthier today actually I’m at 60kg now. To be honest this is a bit disheartening but weight loss fluctuates so I’m staying positive hopefully tmr I’m back to 59kg maybe less. Day3 01/04/20 Day1? 04/04/20 I took a break because I was disheartened. I listened for the whole day while I napped and I’m at 57.4kg

Day 1:✅ *I felt like im gonna throw up acid and my head hurts :c Still watching while sleeping though.. My body feels very weird* Day 2: ✅ *Dang i lost 0,5 kg..... Didn't expect that. Doing 30 mins excercises 3 times a day, eating less food and drinking TONS of water 🤗. This helps a lot* Day 3:✅ *This really motivates me :D. i'll try to keep you updated. currently in quarantine. probably like 120 lbs and 5'6 tall. Day 3: i just feel a bit thinner and crave less chocolate but not actually slimmer Day 6: my thighs are slimmer, the thigh gap is coming. my waist is thinner especially from the side Day 7: waist - smaller than before, thighs: long and getting thinner week 2 ig: my waist is getting really small , considering the amount of cake i ate in quarantine. my thighs are 2 cm down and i don't even workout

Been doing for 4days and it works... eatting less , healthy choices , no soda, been drinking more water , I will update in a month. Also any recommendations for better memory. Goin back to school for nursing and it would be great to know of theres something for memory.

carla41188 listen to the hypnosis and meditation videos of Micheal Sealy he is Australian,great,smooth voice. He has videos for all types of situations and I recommend them to my patients. They work for me. As I too am a nurse God bless you very stressful career. Reason why I sleep with his videos sometimes. It's here on KZbin. Good luck!

Something you can do to make this meditation(and any others)work better is to visualize what your goal will look and feel like You can also tell your self what you want. Eg.I am so thin. My body is perfect. But to make it work please say it like you already have it!God bless you and have a great time in school!

mate, that was amazing. Bored of these videos who take hours and 30 min are just telling you to relax. I found this excellent. I am an emotional eater with a carb and sugar addiction. Yesterday I had a very difficult day emotionally, normally when this happens I just binge on biscuits, sweets etc. yesterday i came come had my dinner and though about what I wanted next. I eat 1 biscuit and decided no. as much as I wanted to stuff my face some strong force was stopping me. I am really impressed. I am down 4 pounds in 1 week. I am much less bloated. Thank you. xxx

That creeps me out...i listened once last night before bed and this morning 1kg disappeared, (didnt poop or peed) I feel really disappointed because i did swimming for 2 years, always 20 minutes of walk and 2litres of water everyday, *no weight loss* ,but im also happy cause this work..like you kiddin me??

This actually works I’ve Only used this for 3 days and now I weigh 125 pounds, I lost three pounds and I’ve been eating anything I want. I’m talking chips cookies anything and I’m somehow able to keep the weight off you have to believe it works. But trust me it does , it’s also very calming too

This is day 2 of me listening to this. So far, when I listened to it the next day I felt slim and healthy and even felt like I lost one pound. When I worked out It was kinda a struggle but after the workout the burn and soreness stretched on and I found out later I have lost one pound. I'm going to listen to this for two months. This really works and I love this so much :)

Decided to update my progress and how much times I did it as well. Hope this helps. Day 1 - No difference 151 pounds (listened to it once) Day 2- 149 pounds. (Listened to it twice in a row. )

So.. I started listening to this and followed the instructions carefully with a constant effort to avoid negative emotions. After like a week of listening to this I realized I felt better emotionally and stopped struggling with post partum whacky ups and downs. I just took one stroll with my baby around the neighborhood and I just kept going out for walks almost everyday. I am not sure if it's this video but even when I hit the plateau in my weightloss journey which is usually a big setback for me since I lose motivation and start eating junk and give up on workouts but this time I didnt. I just wanted to do more. I stopped listening to it a week ago but didn't stop working out or going out for walks. Started listening to it again today. I guess I'll keep coming back to this

Oh my gosh, THANK YOU!! 😁😁😁💗💗💗 I watched this about 3 times while doing work right before going to sleep, and when I woke up, my waist went right down from yesterday's 27.5 to a 26 and I'd lost a pound, which had never happened before! This may be the answer to my troubles! Will update tomorrow. Ok I said I would update tomorrow but actually today is already giving me great results! My insatiable obsession with food has already disappeared almost completely. 7/23: Today, I just woke up expecting my progress to be gone, but when I took out the tape measure I had lost half an inch off my hips and my waist was definitely the same as what I measured yesterday, and I lost another pound. And I'd been trying to lose weight with almost no hope at all, so maybe this is the one thing that was missing. I will update whenever I see it fit, at least once by next week. Oh gosh, sorry for not updating yesterday, internet was down for 3 days and I was hoping it would clear up by wednesday but didn't, oh well. Just wanted to say that I have reached my goal weight (by losing a few more pounds) and I'm so happy!😁😁😁😊😊😊!!!! And I wish you all good luck on your own journeys. I just have to share that I have been listening to this throughout the week. I'd say at least 4 nights this week. I lost 4lbs in 7 days. This is considerable to me because I watch what I eat in general, but I am on steroids for health issues and they make you want to eat everything in sight. Very hard to control yourself when on steroids. Since listening to this I seriously have to force food down my throat. I know I have to eat so I am forcing it. And considering that I am on steroids that make you want to eat everything....this is huge. My question to you Elle... is the mp3 longer than this?

Today's is the first day so when I wake up I tell u guys about the results when I wake up!😄 I also have my candle lit to help me feel relaxed °·*°~Weight rn:Around 150~·°*· ·*°~Goal weight:115 or 110~*·°· °·*·~I'm pretty tall I'm like 5'6 and I'm 11 years old~·°*°· ·*°~Day 1~°·* I feel pretty light it's amazing at how light I feel I looked at the mirror and tummy definitely looked a bit more flatter. Can't weigh myself but I'm going to ask my mom if she can buy me a weighter. ~ It works ~ I had weight around 56kg 3-4 days ago, now, today it was 54.9kg. I listen this daily 2-3 times while walking. (I naturally have a small appetite and I don't like sweets.) I guess, it works differently for everyone. Any sort of physical work is necessary in addition to this. (as per me). Hope, it helps!

Ok so here the body I want: •big butt (not too big tho) •perfect boobs •flat stomach with abs •thinner thighs •thinner arms with a little bit of muscle •longer hair • curlier hair without frizziness •To be super heathy •to have the motivation to workout •to have the motivation to eat healthier •to have no more acne on my back, face, arms and legs (yes I have acne on my legs I got bad acne from my moms side of the family) Yalls may not be the same but this is how I want my body to look like also my parents are getting divorced so whichever one I go with we are moving but when I move I want to play volleyball, softball, and do cheer. Where I live we don’t have volleyball bc my town is really small but I didn’t get a chance to sign up for cheer or softball this year and I’m sad

I wasn't sure these things work, buy decided to give it a try. And to my surprise it worked. I have lost close to 11 pounds in last 4 months. (Total 22 pounds since Jan. But i had a person trainer before lockdown began towards march end.) It hectic currently, so i exercise on and off. When i do i do Low impact exercise. I also try to do IF, but i am not consistent (i m sure if i can do both exercise and diet more regularly, it may be better). For 2 months out of 4, i couldn't exercise much, no diet at all, i saw lower rate, but i still lost my weight. Telling all here, since i feel it helped and i should acknowledge.
