Good morning Lucy I am really loving this work out plan! I've just Week 2 day 1 and don't know where the time went!. It’s ❤really working! After couple of months consistently focusing on the belly excerises, my peri menopause FUPA has diminished. I literally had a flap of flab on my belly which had appeared after I turned 50, and this has made a difference, plus trying not to have dinner after 7:30 pm as well. Thank you Lucy for all you do! Visceral belly fat is a beast to conquer but perseverance pays off

Dear Lucy, You have made such a positive impact on my life. I really enjoy starting my day with some of your exercises. I was never a sporty type but at 70 and retired I'm glad to have the time in the morning. You are so motivating! Why not do one of your outdoor workouts in Cologne this spring/summer?

Thank you Lucy for yet another safe and effective workout. I was wondering … would it be possible to have a 5 min workout focused on lower abs? I have a well defined waist and strong obliques but I can’t seem to have results for lower abs. Eating is not an issue since I am eating a clean plant based diet. I’ve understood which exercises I should do but under your guidance it’s a totally different matter. 😊❤

I Lucy, I was doing walking exercises before but I usually get bored by the 3rd or 4th week. I started this 4 week plan but I'm combining 1st,2nd and 3rd week to catch up. It's like 30 minutes and I sweat a lot! Thanks!!

I’ve been doing these workouts you post for a couple weeks now and I noticed if I keep up at the speed you go at times I lose technique, whereas if I slow down a little I can make sure I’m focusing on what I need to be doing. Which is better? Do I stay at my pace and focusing hopefully speeding up as I progress or should I focus on keeping up with your pace and technique will come as I go?

Hi Lucy... Please can you share a full exercise routine for someone who has diastasis recti and is just recovering from a disc bulge treatment... So haven't been able to do much exercise that is friendly for both diastasis recti and for back ... I used to follow your other workouts earlier..but now can't follow due to these restrictions.... I'm advised back strengthening and diastasis recti safe exercises only .. please can you help?
