My menopause is a faint and distant memory (I am in my 75th year) but I still find this is the perfect workout for me in terms of duration, challenge and range. I often come back to it - feeling a bit of a fraud - and hoping the menopause police don’t call me out! 😅

Loved it! With my meno-belly + excess weight, I haven't seen my ab muscles in 15+ years, but I still do your ab workouts. I really appreciate the timer bar, countdown clock and nutrition tips. I clocked 199 calories. Thank you! ❤

Hi Lucy! This may be my favourite peri-menopause workout yet! I feel stretched and invigorated! Thank you! ❤ Just a very small request please! 🙏 Is there any chance you could move the ads to the beginning or end of the workout please? When you’re working hard through a set, you lose your flow because an ad pops up at an untimely moment! Thank you for your understanding! Lucy, I am elated that I found this exercise….I’ve been doing your Weeks 1,2, 3 and 4 lose belly fat exercises since March 2022, which are all awesome, but this session is like a combo of all those exercises. I feel energized all day at work after I do this on a morning…Many thanks again for always taking care of us ladies!

Thank you for these menopause workouts. I never feel like working out because I have joint pain plus I'm a bit lazy and always tired. But I make the effort because I know your workouts are quick, achievable and I feel so much better after I've done them.

I love that you don't have to get changed 😅. Sitting here bored , not sure what to do, then I remembered I saw the workout , and though let's do it. Now I am more energetic , I am off for a walk between the showers 🎉🎉

Perimenopausal over here. Loved this workout! I’ve been consistent for 2 months doing 2 of your workouts 6 days a week- and I’m down 10 lbs!! 🎉 My energy is through the roof! Thank you Lucy! That was so invigorating 🥰 I feel alive!! But, please correct me if I’m wrong, did you say you are in your almost mid-50’s 😮I thought you were 30 or younger. You look absolutely amazing. ❤ I’m in my mid 50’s and I’m post-menopausal (I think! 😅) I’m with you, your health is the most important! Thank you so much for your invaluable support and advice. I've never been a fan of sit-ups (they hurt my neck, maybe my form is wrong) and I don't really like planks either, so I'm glad that you say that standing abs exercises are better than them. But it makes me wonder why so many fitness people encourage sit-ups and planks?

Good morning Lucy this was really good. I'm soon to be 48 and definitely perimenopausal, mood swings, hot flushes, belly fat, and low mood. Aside from health life is tricky too on work and personal front, so definitely doing some exercise is so helpful for my body but mood too. I've got your 16mins audio walking work out too, another great product. My issue seems to be my discipline, completely gone out the window in relation to food. Just feel hungry all the time and irritable 😢. I love all your work outs perimenopausal or menopausal, I will do them as they can only help. You look like the picture of health 😊😊Thanks again Lucy and have a lovely day ❤❤❤

I normally do the 7 minute daily menopause belly workout … so this new session is just taking my exercise up a level - I love the whole 30 second changeover with views of the next move on screen … with the additional nutrition info it’s a fabulous home session with “my own personal trainer’ 💛💛💛BRILLIANT! Just seen this video n better late than never n I’ve been looking for something like this as nearly done with menopause but yep weight has crept on so I want to get trim n fit even tho I bike to work everyday but need something in between n this is perfect first day today doing it n it went so quick! Love how it works all your body etc so I will update on how I do as I plan on doing it every morning before work like I have today 😊

Thank you Lucy. I loved this workout, combines nicely the cardio and the full body exercise. Can I ask you to speak in your next video about breathing during the exercise? I saw a video about the tummy exercises and she explains that to tone the core muscles we should expel the air in the contraction by the mouth cos when we do that engages better the core muscles. I would love to hear from you about this. Thank you

Good morning Lucy ☀️ ive just done this work out and earlier did your 4min burn menopausal belly fat one, a great combo for 20 mins and will set me up for the day. Ive tried following other coaches but always return to your channel as the key words are you are a qualified trainer of over 30 years experience and having gone through the menopause know what us women are going through 😢. Such a difficult stage of our lives. Thank you is a very small word but can't convey enough my gratitude to you for providing the different exercises at this time ❤❤
