Good morning Lucy this was a really lovely work out especially for the anxiety tips. Aniexty is definitely a part of my life with worries over my job, son's transition to secondary school and general life's woes taking over. I was glad to see I do some those tips, like walking outdoors, reading and talking but definitely could do more. This is why you are the best as you not only look after our physical health but mental health too. I am still recovering from covid from 2021 ! I have long covid and bronchiectisus also just found iout i have got 2 leaking heart valves with and enlarged area in the aorta and narrowingin the mitral valve . I am desperate to get back to gitnnes of some sort I cant to the 7 min work out its too much for me .do you think i can do this?
