This Gentle, Lymphatic Flow exercise routine can be followed for lymphatic health or lymphedema, and it's a full-body routine. This is a gentle exercise routine to stimulate the lymphatic system, as well as strengthen, improve mobility, and improve overall health.

Thank you darling for doing this for us. I use your exercises to prevent stiffness, they are very nice to follow. I have not been sick but I am 77 years old.

I just wanted to thank you for doing these videos. I am learning new things with each one I watch. I started doing the complete lymphatic drainage massage for the last few day. WOAW! I AM 56, not as active as I should b (changing this now) learning about the lymphatic is so important! I have noticed one of my legs fills up and before took days to go back to normal. I just can't thank you enough. I feel so much better. I also just did your lymphatic exercise. LOVE IT! I will catch up on your vids and keep going. Thank you

Can you do this if you have been newly diagnosed with cancer and it has spread to the lymph nodes?

Yes, you can do any exercise as long as you don't overdo it before the surgery.

Can these exercises also be done by a person who has lymphatic cancer (Lymphoma)?

As long as someone is cleared by their doctor, yes 🙂

These exercises cannot be applied with those with extreme lymphedema pain, with super massive leg swelling. These exercises causes the pain to go off the chart that not even heavy duty pain meds can mask. You need to address people with severe lymphedema pain. At this severe stage her leg no longer even works which you do not address as well. YOU NEED VIDEOS that address severe lymphedema cases. My wife is screaming and crying is extreme pain for hours on end. No one will issue a pain management program until her lymphedema can be gotten under control. She simply wants to kill herself to escape her pain. Why won’t someone help her? She has insurance with zero deductible. Some 12 doctors later, no one knows how to truly help her. Yet you do. Now it’s become so bad, it’s literally causing her leg to become DEAD!! She’s losing her leg if intervention does not happen soon. For God’s sake, someone needs to help her. 8 emergency hospital visits in 12 weeks has not helped. We’re in Northern Virginia. Thanks in advance.
