Good afternoon I am Anil Katkar Pune 70 your Vedio is very useful for me and you have nicely shown stretching and strengthening exercises My problem is while walking my legs especially left isn't free and getting heavyness and I am getting difficult to stand up coz of loosing balance even in the home getting difficult to maintain balance I can sit and get up from floor without support I don't understand why this is problem is there Please advise me suitable exercises I will be very thankful to you
