I find it odd that when the cops showed up at the party house, nobody came outside. All those red and blues and nobody was even curious? On my block, if there's any emergency responder within eyesight, nearly everyone steps out to take a look at least. If it's an immediate neighbor, people come over to make sure you're good. Those guys ignored a bunch of cop cars in their own yard? Really?

After following all the evidence and witnesses in this case, along with pictures and videos that surfaced. The red flags that stand out as not normal behavior in a circumstance or event is the fact that not a single friend or coworker of Johns in the house came out to check on all the commotion and flashing lights in their own yard and you know those flashing lights were bouncing off all those front windows of that house. Yet no one checked out what was happening in their own front yard. That is NOT NORMAL behavior. BIG red flag as to why. Also the way the Alberts distanced themselves from obviously being friends with John and Karen, with too many pictures and videos proving they were all friends. Big red flag also. The Alberts invited them to come over to their house, then after the fact acted like they barely knew them. Strange and why? The biggest red flag is the responding officers who never entered the house after finding a dead body in the front yard of said house. That never happens. It would be one of the first things done after seeing John's injuries to look for a murder weapon or anything similar that could've caused his injuries. It's like they all knew ahead of time to keep the focus on Karen and her vehicle only. Anytime a dead body is found, the area or any structures nearby are searched for evidence, regardless of whether he said she said he entered or didn't enter the house. It was established by everyone John was invited their to an after party. WHY was the house and people inside not searched. WHY was only the girlfriend Karen looked at and blamed as being the only conclusion when that is only a part of the whole equation of events that night. Keeping in mind it doesn't matter what anyone has said happened. Why wasn't the whole equation investigated in the onset of John death. Why ? why? Why? This alone stinks. I'm sure Boston's Finest aren't dumb asses, so why narrow an investigation to only one scenario as the cause of death. Why not search and look at everyone from head to toe on injuries they might have had, including searching the house. What a sham!!!!!!!
@ChristineFilippo5 ай бұрын
This cop never goes outside knowing there is a dead cop on n his lawn, bite marks all over arm so they get rid of dog, cops deleting text messages, destroying phones, all the “BUTT” dials, deleted Google searches, not finding glass on lawn until after they investigate the bumper when they towed it to yard, a piece of hair miraculously remains on bumper after traveling through 30 miles in the snow, oh, and let’s not forget Proctor despises Karen and sends all those nasty text messages about her then deleting them…searching for her nude pictures…amazing there is no ring cam at the house or any video on that street….The list goes on and on…Not one cop friend shed a lousy tear over his death…it is a disgrace!!!!!!!

Exactly, just my opinion, but to me, those injuries on his right arm do NOT look as though they could have been sustained from being hit by a car. If Officer O'Keefe put his arm up to block the SUV from hitting him, would he not have more bruise-like injuries to his arm, a broken arm (allegedly being hit at a high rate of speed), rather than the scratch type marks the photos show?

My theory is they argued all the way from Waterfall bar to friends house. He gets out of the car at the friends house, she's p!ssed and pulls away, he falls in the snow. For some reason she decides to reverse at 24 mph (as per the vehicle computer) doesn't see him getting up and hits him as he is getting up which would explain the injuries to his head, torso and arm (and broken tail light). She takes off thinking he'll just get up and go into the friends house. When she wakes up in the morning and can't reach him she remembers hitting him and panics, calls friends who take her to the friends house where they find him lying in the snow as she is said to be saying" I hit him, I hit him".
@Petra-R6 ай бұрын
Only thing is, the „i hit him“ came only from Jen mccabe. And she only mentioned it after 12 times questioning
@KimmyP8135 ай бұрын
Sorry but that doesn't account for alot of things. It was snowy and icy. It's virtually impossible for that car to get to 24mph in REVERSE in 60 feet. It's just not physically possible. Doesn't account for 2 black eyes, defensive wounds etc. Doesn't account for the complete negligence of the police investigation (meaning there wasnt one) including 5 "undocumented searches" that magically turned up over 30 pieces of tail light not being found for weeks , all the bias, conflicts of interest etc. etc. I could go on for days. All it takes is REASONABLE doubt for her to be found not guilty and the defense has that in spades. Can't wait to see the FBI investigation on this garbage!

Did he get a ride? was he grabbed by several people and beaten? then dumped, and why was she driving with having 9 drinks in her? Maybe she did hit him after he was already down? @@grannyjuju9260 Two and a half years of being accused of killing her boyfriend. Originally charged with manslaughter but later adding 2nd degree murder. She was guilty based on the court of public opinion. There is so much reasonable doubt that the case should be dismissed. There was no official taped off crime scene investigation. The house and nobody from inside the house that night was interviewed or investigated until the federal investigation into law enforcement. The little bit of interviews of anyone was done by a biased family friend cop assigned to the case to focus everything on Karen and waste time and look the other way when it came to the Albert's and McCabe's. All the lying selective memories make them look guilty of some involvement adding a ton of reasonable doubt! She is acting like a person who has been ganged up on by a bunch of cops and their families who have a lot of power and persuasion to get away with such an incompetent investigation and then get an indictment for Karen.

Vinnie Politan made a great point. Look at the reception Karen gets compared to John O’Keefe’s family. They lost their son. The poor Dad can barely make it up the stairs, and his mom is absolutely heartbroken. While Karen struts in like a celebrity. Clearly, the supporters are delusional. The victim is completely being forgotten in this case while the possible murderer is being regarded as a superstar. So weird!
