That's not something they control. My husband has a channel and never put ads in his videos yet he has them. Not sure how KZbin decides that. And he doesn't get paid from them either 😂.

I started doing this workout to tone my calves, but it's worked wonders for my weak left ankle. It now feels stronger and less painful, which is nice in general, but it also allows me to do more cardio, which really helps me feel fit and healthy. Thank you!

More of these workouts please!! I have great upper leg, arm definition, but struggle with calf. I have always envied those with great calves. My bottom legs look like stumps!

Perfect timing!!! Just finished a chest and shoulder opener yoga and this popped up right as I needed a short, little spurt of leg work to balance me out! Thank you so much for being such a huge part of my get-fit journey this year and bringing more dance back into my life! Ten inches off the waist so far and feeling fine! You rock!!!

@@empyrean101I’ve been doing it for a few months a couple times a week and it’s defo helped. I do walk a lot too. My jeans are actually a bit too tight on my calves now so probs gonna have to stop for a bit 😂

I used to be a ballet dancer but had to quit because of hEDS and ankle injuries from pointe, this is the first calf workout I’ve found that doesn’t flare the nerve damage in my ankle. Thank you!!

Ive done this one now maybe 6 times within 2 weeks, and I'm definitely noticing a difference in my calves! It actually hurt a bit to walk after the first time due to stiffness, so I've stretched my calves a lot more after each time now, and it's getting easier. This is so motivating. Thank you!

Pro tip from a dancer, please please PLEASE make sure you’re not rolling back into your pinky toe when you go on releve. It takes some of the weight off of your calves and can also cause injury. Also try to avoid holding onto anything to get the best results!

Thank you for this! I recently started a running program but my left calf kept cramping making it difficult to continue. After doing your workout consistently for a couple of weeks, my calves were stronger and I was pain free!!

I’m a dancer, and at the studio I get made fun of/bullied for not having the classic “dancer body” yes I’m a little more on the heavier side but I wasn’t like that before covid back when I was 10, I may not have the muscles like a a classic dancer, but I am strong js not like that, so I’ve been working since January trying to get back where I used to be if not better since I’m now 15 trying to get the classic “dancer body” and all I can say is that this works big time I love it. It may be a little more on the easier side for me when I first started cuz again I’m a dancer I dance I do ballet, jazz, hip hop, cheer, open, contemporary, tap, lyrical, tumbling, modern, etc so I have more stronger calfs from ballet cuz we do bardio which rlly works out calf’s but doing this with other workouts rlly kills it trust me.

I really loved this workout, specifically because it made me feel super empowered and stronger than I have in months! I especially loved all the engaging up and down, specific position, movement, and while it was a bit difficult at times, I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you! I have uneven muscle in both of my calf’s. My left calf has more muscle than my right somehow. I’m going to do this workout everyday until my right calf is even with my left lol. I’ve not been wearing shorts because of how my legs look. I’ll do this for an entire week and hope to see results!!!

​@@jillianmccarthy9082 I initially saw them slim. It was surprising how quickly I noticed a difference from doing it every day. But now that I've lost the weight, my muscles are more defined. Especially when I tense/wear heels. It's also helped to strengthen my ankles which were very weak before 🙂

Want to remove a couple of cms off my lower leg so will do this for a month. Lets see... Day 1 ✔️ Day 2 ✔️ Day 3 ✔️ Day 4 ✔️ Day 5 ✔️ Day 6 ✔️ Day 7 ✔️ Day 8 ❌️ Day 9 ❌️ Day 10 ✔️ Day 11 ✔️ Day 12 ❌️ Day 13 ✔️ Day 14 ✔️ 2 week update - my legs feel so much stronger it really strengthened my feet, helps alot with other excersizes, u can really tell a difference. For the appearance there is a visual difference but it's not enough for me yet.

Thank you for this. I'm a nurse and working 12 hour shifts can make your legs feel quite weak towards the end of shift. I really felt the strengthening here and this is not too long to do coming when in from work, Elinor x

My doc says the calves are the "heart" of the legs....they are the pump for circulation. I love this short set of exercises I can slip into my day.

This is a good deep stretch practice. It flows at the perfect pace. I Love yin but sometimes I want that same concept but not necessarily wanting to stay in the pose that long. Just a good pre or post workout stretch. It's been a few years since I've visited this channel but still love it. Thanks

Gonna do updates for this everyday Day 1:✅I’ve done it and it burned wow Day 2:✅it burned a tiny bit less than yesterday I would say but i struggled more today also my calves felt the tiniest bit ever painful whilst doing it from yesterday right i kinda quit but we started again frfr this time👍👍 Day 1:✅done, burned quite a bit Day 2: Day 3:

Hi Maddie! When I work on my rear delt, can't seem to find the right weight for it. If it's too heavy I get a little pain in my shoulders. Could you consider making a light weight Back and Triceps workout video?♡ I need you to instruct me with it!

Great little workout for my foot with bad bunion -I use a silicon jam betwn big toe and next , I 've regained a lot of flexibility and feeling in the foot.
