Love this HIIT low impact workout! I love HIIT but always do it low impact, so this workout is fantastic for me. Please make more of these and low impact with weight too and please make more standing abs workouts of longer time. It would be awesome if you make a monthly calendar. Okay, here's the deal. I'm a gym rat. Practically incapable of doing a home workout. Especially when they are the cheesy Julian Michael type (no offense Julian). Well, with quarantine at day 8.306, my body has been changing in ways I'm not happy with. My friend suggested this channel and I am OBSESSED. I absolutely loved this workout. I really enjoy the content as a whole. Maddie is low key, focused, and doesn't talk too much or portray this cheesy persona. 11/10. Seriously. Thank you!

I'd been doing Maddie's videos for a couple weeks, saw a lot of hype around Chloe Ting so decided to try out her 2 week shred challenge. I got 1 week in and just had to come back to Maddie. I saw better results within a few days from Maddie's low impact videos than I did after a week of Chloe's HIIT. And the videos are so much more tolerable. I will never leave MadFit again!

That was a good workout Maddie. I feel energised after doing it. I could do all of the exercises, although the sit up to stand I needed my fingers to help a bit to stand, although the momentum of the movement sometimes got me to stand almost unaided. Good job Maddie, thanks

Doing Maddie's cool down really helps, there's a whole section on wrists. Also I found when I started that I was positioning my weight too far forward and was putting more pressure than I needed on my wrists. I have to remind myself to make sure I use my legs and core too and that seems to help :)

yeh, I had to stretch them a bit in the brakes but nothing too bad. I generally have problems with my wrists so I always try to pay extra attention to them during the warm-ups and the cooldowns. It does help a lot! :)

I like the pace of this longer workout. I really like the no repeat line up. I could use more wrist friendly exercises as this is a area that causes me pain due to previous injuries. Thank you for all you do to be attentive to your audience and listen to feedback.

I'm a mom and have to get up before the kids if I want to fit in a workout. Which is why it's so much easier to have a low impact full body workout all in one. I don't want anyone waking up early, but I love feeling like I actually did something substantial. Which is why this workout was GREAT! Thank you!

I have been doing your workouts for a few months now and I really enjoy them due to they raise my heart rate without further injuring my hip, and tone my body as well. I used jog 4 times a week, but I can't do that anymore due to my injuries.. Your workouts are what I was looking for to achieve similar results, both physically and mentally. Thank you!

I used to say that I could not workout at home. I did not have the patience or focus. However, now that the gym has closed due to quarantine, I am forced to workout at home. MADFIT is by far my favorite workout. Always challenging, lots of variety, plus Maddie offers variations. I really enjoy Maddie's chill vibe and genuine personality. I liked this workout but I have a bit of a bad shoulder so I had to slip some exercises so I didn't pop my shoulder out. Hopefully I'll be able to complete it once I get my shoulders stronger

Finishing up the Jan calendar (started in July ;->). Loved it all, but this was one of my favorites. Definitely more no equipment, no jumping, no repeat 30 minute routines! Also ones that are wrist friendly would be great. This was pretty hard on my wrists (I do planks or table top positions on my fists usually, sometimes on elbows, but for the reverse bridge ones I haven't found a modification that doesn't still hurt my wrists)

Thanks so much! This was my first workout to you. I loved it. My only constructive criticism is that I like repeating exercises in two or three rounds of a circuit because after I get the hang of it, I can go deeper to push myself and my muscle to the edge. When I just do it once for 45 seconds, I felt like it was hitting my muscles and working as hard as I could. Take that for whatever you would like. I'm a big fan and so grateful to workout with you.

as a totally out of shape beginner being shown the beginner variations makes such a difference for me. Its the difference between crying on the ground unable to make it through halfway to being able to push through the pain for all 30 minutes. I’ve been doing your 20 min beginner HIIT workout to get back into the groove, and I think this is a good intermediate challenge for those w/o too many joint issues, but please add more modified especially for the kick through; I just did low impact mountain climbers. Thanks. Your instruction and music are just my style. Keep it up! Only request is a 30 min beginner low impact workout to bridge to this for true beginners.

Returning to this session after having already done it before. I still enjoyed it a lot, as I have for all your workouts so far. Since starting regular HIIT sessions from the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown - this was in March in Belgium - these sessions have become a lot easier to follow along. But getting a similar fitness level as you will also require me to less often grab a piece of chocolate or a glass of beer. And both can be quite hard in Belgium!
