Yo this was great I just finished Along with the other 30 minute video 30 minute body toning and strength from three months ago. I like to do 30 minute with the dumbbells and then another 30 minute HIIT without the dumbbells every morning.

I’m in okay shape and no single exercise in this workout absolutely killed me but by the end I had worked up a light sweat and felt good. Great job Maddie!

Love it when warm-ups and cool-downs are built in to workout. I tend to skip those if they're not included and I know that's not good. Variety was good too for whole body workout.

Wonderful! I love the no repeat. I am recovering from a sprained ankle (ouchie!) so needed to modify a little bit. Would love a full body 30 min that does not load much weight on ankles.

So glad I found your video today. I have a hip and knee replacement and find it difficult to run and jump. I am 63 years old and walk 6 miles a day. I wanted to find some strength and streaching exercises that I can do without hurting myself. Thanks again for your videos.

Also, thanks for being entertaining enough that my 3 month old is engaged with you and lets me get my workout in 😂 Side note: I feel like my wrists are SUPER weak! I love these videos. Apartment friendly, gentle, and I can increase intensity by adding ankle weights or dumbells. Great for days when my energy isn't 100%. Keeps me on track!

i started doing this workout last week but stopped midway after i got a message that an apartment i wanted was given to someone else. i was so heartbroken and anxious over it and i just couldn't bring myself to workout anymore. yesterday i went to see another apartment and on the same evening i got an email that the apartment has been given TO ME! so today i'm doing this workout from start to finish with good energy and happy vibes

As it's 30°C here in my country today, I was NOT feeling like working out. But I felt my body needed some movement, so this was perfect. I have had major issues for sometime with lower back, R hip, knee, foot - I'm only mid 40s but it's affecting my daily life. I am currently in an online PT program which is good but I know I need to build up more strength in my body. It's amazing, your workouts actually have similar exercises/movements as my PT exercises but more advanced. I definitely feel like your videos will help me so much.
