Yo this was great I just finished Along with the other 30 minute video 30 minute body toning and strength from three months ago. I like to do 30 minute with the dumbbells and then another 30 minute HIIT without the dumbbells every morning.

The no repeat total body went by so fast and just when it was getting hard you switched it up and targeted a different part of the body. Thanks for always keeping it fresh yet challenging! 👍🏼

I’m in okay shape and no single exercise in this workout absolutely killed me but by the end I had worked up a light sweat and felt good. Great job Maddie!

Does anyone else appreciate that Maddie doesn't insist on spending half of the video screaming at us to keep going like other workout videos? Like I feel motivated by her energy, but still feel like I'm allowed to take a break when I need to 😂😂

Love it when warm-ups and cool-downs are built in to workout. I tend to skip those if they're not included and I know that's not good. Variety was good too for whole body workout.

So glad I found your video today. I have a hip and knee replacement and find it difficult to run and jump. I am 63 years old and walk 6 miles a day. I wanted to find some strength and streaching exercises that I can do without hurting myself. Thanks again for your videos.

My Monday starts always with yoga with Adriene, running for 10, 20 or 30 minutes on my treadmill or outdoors and than excercise with MadFit and yes first sweat day of this week has poured out my body! Thank you.

I wanted to thank you for all your videos! They helped me to improve my anxiety disorder and panic attacks. With regular exercises my anxiety level drastically drops and I feel much better! I don’t take any pills and your exercises are the best natural antidepressants!!!

I love these videos. Apartment friendly, gentle, and I can increase intensity by adding ankle weights or dumbells. Great for days when my energy isn't 100%. Keeps me on track!

Great workout!! Thank you!!! In this one I noticed that if you're not already stretchy and have some flexibility mostly in your legs and hips, it's a challenge 😁 It makes a difference in the workout if you already do Yoga.
