I have no doubt this will put me through the ringer. I get dizzy spells when i do any high impact exercises so this is perfect for me

These are Good! I was looking for low impact ones because i have almost sagging breasts, and also the ab-holding ones seem frightening as they look like they might kill my glute gains. These dont have too much variations of the ones i mentioned, so good for me.

This workout is so accessible to people because it is low impact so great for people with joint issues. It’s also fantastic for people who live in apartments and can’t jump up and down for thirty minutes without a call from a neighbor. 😊 merci

I used to think these slow exercises did not work, but they do!! I am 58 and have been working out my entire life. I notice the difference with my body when I do these repeat slower workouts. My core is rock solid! Thank you for this workout. Its great!

I really resonated with this! I'm in my mid 50's and, like you, thought low impact was a bit of a waste of time but, now, I really appreciate how they build up strength safely. Here's to exercise through the ages! Keep going!

I love full body workouts by Maddie 😍 low impact but I’m sweating anyway. Now i’m trying to build a lasting habit of every day activities. my therapist told me that’s it’s enough just put my shoes on, spread out the mat and turn one any workout video on youtube when I’m struggling with sport and don’t wanna do anything. but when I start Maddie’s workout I just can’t stop till the end!! Love it!

I’m dripping sweat! That was such a good burn. Loved the Pilates elements in it for low impact. I used wrist weights and it helped elevate the intensity a bit more. Thank you Maddie ❤😊

This workout was just what I needed. I’m recovering from a fibular stress fracture so I’m limited in activities I can do. I was able to do almost every exercise in here and I could definitely feel my body working!

Thank you so much. I am in the process of getting diagnosed with POTS and can’t do alot of the things I used to be able to due to getting up and down and my heart rate going way to high, low impact is the way to go and I was finally able to move and do things I wanted to with this. The breaks really helped. I also like how we did all standing at once and all sitting /laying at once, because so many of these have you jumping around and it makes me far too light headed. Thank you a ton for letting me move my body without feeling awful for the first time in a few months

I haven’t worked out in close to a week and I’m in the luteal phase of my cycle… this was the perfect workout. I feel accomplished, but not over worked.

Absolutely loved this workout! I haven't exercised in a while and I can feel my body's getting heavier so I thought I'd give it a try. This one is perfect to those who are slowly getting back to working out and want something that's easy to show up to. 🤞 Just remember to breathe and you don't have to keep a perfect form on your first try. Listen to your body. ❤️

i really really liked the idea with the cycles! going always through new exercises is difficult, my setup doesnt allow me to see it everytime, but with this secound cycle is very great and you know what is coming up :) keep up the good work!

Low impact is definitely not low intensity 🥵🥵 love how I can even do these exercises with my bad knee. What I love the most is that she is giving such clear instructions and help of how to perform the exercises perfectly!! Definitely struggled with the one leg glute bridges, but excited to see how I’ll become stronger and stronger 💪🏼
