You should look up the test video itself before commenting. Also note XUV costs 70% lower than closest in terms of Price amongst that other SUVs.

Fortunately we get Mahindras in Australia and l have seen one of these XUV 700s up close very nice and as a comparison to the Chinese built SUVs the Mahindras will last much longer because they will last so much longer because l know of 4 Mahindra PikUps that have done over 500000 kilometres and probably go on to a 1000000 kilometres Toyota reliability they belong to a small courier company in the Hunter Valley in N.S.W Australia also l consider only one of two countries that make extremely well built and reliable vehicles and the other country is Japan and our Suzuki Baleno was built in India all the other motor manufacturing countries build rubbish and l do love reliable vehicles which is the most important thing when buying a vehicle after all l own a 1997 Toyota Hilux

Why is Mahindra wasting its time on new models when it already has a prized model that matches up with Toyota Innova. Instead of updating the Xylo with new features they chose to put it on the side and bring out new models with the latest features. What Xylo has and what majority of the cars including Innova lack is comfortable 3rd row seats that are designed for adults and not children. What Mahindra has to do is bring out Xylo with XUV700 features and undoubtedly it will become the top selling large car again and completely shake up the large car sector in India again.

@@sridharroman958 In the last 12 years none of the car designs in India changed that much. There are some awkward looking ones but majority of the cars designs have not changed. Xylo does not need a facelift. It only needs an interior upgrade just like what Toyota did with the Innova . In other words if they fit XUV700 interiors in Xylo then it would become a smash hit again threatening Innova's top spot again. The decision comes down to which one has the better 3rd row seats which Xylo beats every car in the MUV sector. A full grown adult can sit comfortably in the 3rd row in Xylo just like a person sitting in the 2nd row which is not the case with most MUVs inn India. If you haven't realized Mahindra has not really upgraded Xylo since its release while all the other brands upgraded their interiors. When it released it was the top selling muv car for 2 years straight and still maintained a good hold in the market for several years even with the limited upgrades.

@@GoodSongs4all I have seen the Marazzo. Size wise it is nothing compared to Xylo. That is why Marazzo did not shake up the Indian Car market like Xylo did. When Xylo came out everyone had trouble deciding between Xylo or Innova. This lasted 2-3 years straight. Then Innova updated it features but Xylo did not do the same leading to a downfall in sales for the Xylo. All Mahindra has to do is bring out Xylo with new features like in XUV700 at a very competitive rate and phase off cars like KUV, TUV, and XUV.

Some 7 years ago, my then-classmate's father who owned the Mahindra XYLO had an event happened. He was waiting by the road side took a break from driving. His driver's brither just opened the door and getting out from the right side and suddenly a very big truck came their direction because it lost its control from a crossroad situation at yhe junction before. The truck just took away the opened door of the XYLO and the Manindra didn't have any other problem! No one even harmed.. Just like there was a door before and not a door. Rest everything intact 😂. And they drove with one door missing till the next town ahead 😂. They video taped it and it was funny 😂. 4 years later the friend's dad died of a heart attack in his loving room. Sad
