If you want richer flavor in your colored pasta use metals instead of food coloring like iron for red, and oxidized copper for a nice green blue

I know that it's been mentioned before, but sushi doesn't have to be just fish and veggies, so you could show us your creative side and make pork sushi, bacon sushi, beef sushi, turkey sushi, chicken sushi, and lots more too I would wager!

Often what i find is when i break the egg yolk its usually scratched up on the shell, so what i do is try not to make it scratch up against the shell. .3.

For the ice cream cookie, wrap it plastic wrap after assembling, then pop it in the freezer for a few hours or overnight to cure. It softens the cookie so the ice cream doesn't all squidge out when taking a bite. I worked at an ice cream parlor and that's how we did it.
