👏👏👏👏👏👏👏I made your fenugreek paste & added it to your henna treatment. AMAZING!!!! The slip, the moisture, the consistency, everything about the application was on point. The final results, super soft, well defined curls. My hair has never felt this soft after rinsing out henna. I would have to take a few added steps to achieve softness, but it never came close to the softness I achieved combining your fenugreek paste with henna. I am so so grateful that you shared. Thank you 🤗 I going to make the fenugreek & hibiscus tea to😊can’t wait to see what that does!!!

@@VyalaBloom I’ve heard professional dermatologists say olive oil is a no go as it builds up dandruff more because the scalp loves oils so what would you say?
@VyalaBloom2 жыл бұрын
I’ve heard that as well. With most oils for that matter. I would say that if you struggle with dandruff to be careful with oils. Either avoid using them or, if you are using henna (which I recommend olive oil after henna treatments), to try to avoid the scalp when you moisturize, and/or to shampoo (with a dandruff shampoo) shortly afterwards. If you don’t struggle with dandruff it’s still good to be mindful and keep an eye on your scalp while using oils because it can always happen. And if you start to have signs of dandruff from olive oil, then reduce your use.

@@VyalaBloom Is there any alternatives to olive oil. Make the paste not sticky and run smoothly also thank for replying.
@VyalaBloom2 жыл бұрын
I would avoid coconut oil because it hardens when cool, and castor oil because it’s very thick. but most other oils should work well! Almond oil or jojoba are the first two that come to mind that I would try, but the sky is the limit really!

Hey Shirley! I have a video titled "Simple Hair Growth Treatment" that shows exactly how I dilute my fenugreek paste... highly recommend checking that out! I personally like to leave it in my hair, with regular applications throughout the week :) Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with chebe powder so I'm not sure how the two will interact... I am so sorry you’re going through this. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee anything because hair loss can be caused by so many things. But fenugreek is always worth a shot and it has helped many women. If you have the opportunity to see a doctor or dermatologist about these issues that could be helpful. If not, I highly recommend looking into Dr Eric Berg on KZbin about haircare and hair loss. He has a lot of valuable information on this topic I have personally found insightful and helpful. There is also Dr Gregor from Nutritionfacts.org (also here on KZbin) that has a few videos for hair loss as well.
