This was not only what my body needed, but my SOUL needed this exercise!!! Recently it has been so difficult to motivate myself to do workouts, especially workout videos over 10 minutes... the instructor gave the right amount of breaks, amazing moves that fit the songs (that really do make you SWEAT), but she made it SO enjoyable and I smiled throughout the entire workout!

Emily, if you ever see this, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the first video I see from your channel since my mom sent it to me (she knows how much I love Mamma Mia and ABBA), and I thought I’d give it a go since I love to dance but lately in the last month, I’ve been going through a bit of a sad period and haven’t found the motivation to do anything productive or that makes me happy. And this is the first time in a very long time where I felt SO HAPPY and confident in my body and that life didn’t suck so bad after all! I cried!!!! I cry-danced like a clown but it felt so amazing and freeing and I just wanted to thank you for putting this up and thank the Universe for bringing it to me, I feel so refreshed and brand new now.

i was a dancer for 10 years but after i started to see that i was no longer as good of a dancer as the other girls i quit. over the past 5 years i’ve gained 50 pounds and have been completely unmotivated. today i told myself i would get my body moving so i can start feeling like myslef again. i’ve been obsessed with mamma mia and thought looking for a dance workout to the soundtrack would be a great place to start. when i clicked your video i was nervous i wouldn’t be able to do all the moves. and during the first song i felt very weird and uncomfortable because i haven’t let myself let loose. but once we got to those star jumps i started crying. i didn’t know i could get so emotional over working out! i was able to do all the moves and i just wanted to say thank you so much for this it was amazing!!

Okay I know I already commented but I just did this workout and basically burned 200+ calories during this thing. I have never worked out and lost my breath SO HARD because I was working like a madman dancing to this!!! Sitting at my desk all day has had me feeling stagnated and anxious for the past couple of days, so today I decided to look for jazzercise since that's coming back in style, and I've done at home Zumba a couple times in the past. My grad school friends and I used to attend a fitness class called Step and Sculpt and when we graduated, they all moved away and I stayed in the same town. It's been hard for me to make friends and I stopped going to those classes. Finding this video was just like the routines we used to do and following this workout was the most fun I've had working out in a long time. I think you're adorable! I literally just found you today (3/28/21) and am so glad I did! FYI: I'm 71, and had to adapt some of your moves to "fit" me, but I was able to follow most of your choreography fairly easily. The only recommendation I would have is to make your cool-down a bit longer and to hold each stretch for at least 20 seconds. Thanks, and I will definitely be back!!

One of my ultimate favorite dance HIIT workouts. SOO much fun. It’s hard to find ones that I like the music and the movies and Emily has the perfect combination! I loved her Disney workout which made me look up her other videos. I burned about 180 active calories in the 24 min of the workout! My heart rate hit 180 BPM too. Can’t wait for more 💞💕
