Man tells co-workers that he has an explosive device in his backpack

Where: Car Wash on Romaine Av (Across from Top Tomato)
What: Police Activity
YPD & YFD in the area responding to a call reporting a man with a possible explosive on his backpack.
We are told that a worker of the car wash told another worker that he had a bomb/explosive device on his backpack. We cannot confirm if this actually happened. Police was canvassing the area looking for the male, we do not know if he was located.
We will update the page if more information comes our way.
