Telling from my experience... First of all, finish dinner by 6.30pm. No further eating. Secondly, reduce carbohydrate, if possible avoid rice and chapathi for dinner....instead take one bowl vegetable salad and one bowl of fruit salad.. Make sure you are not constipated, have lots of dietry fiber...include foods like millets.. Results guaranteed.... I managed it in this way.I had all the issues mentioned by you, but free of it now. If you are diabetic or hypertensive , make changes after doctor consultation. I have no such issues ,so i did it gradually by experimental steps on myself😅..it really worked...Good luck ,God bless you too.
