I loooove how Marion explains things. Like yes, I love the ideas about cutting your garlic chunkier to prevent it from burning and to cut the stems diagonally to make them skinnier. Also, production quality on all these videos are insane.

I usually turn the tea kettle on when I'm cooking. That way, when I add water, I'm not waiting for it to come up to a boil. Especially great when making quick meals.

My wife cooked me the egg drop soup for breakfast on our anniversary 3 mornings ago. It was so simple and tasty, very nice!! My 8 year old daughter loves you by the way, her name is Darcey. She is dyslexic and actually thought your name of your channel was "Marinated Chicken"....( Think this was a mixture of her Dyslexia and the fact we watched all your chicken videos and there is a fair bit of marinating going on..lol) Either way she helps me out in the kitchen and folds a very precise dumpling 😃

As a Chinese I always loved making this soup couple time of week I jus love tomatoes in my everyday cooking. But I notice some tomatoes I get in the shop just don’t give me any juice :/ it’s the first time I see someone sprinkle salt on it before cooking I shall try next time I make it. Oh and drops of sesame oil at the end to the soup will taste and smell even better

Thank you, Marion for this lovely 10-minute recipe collection. Things are very stressful here in the States, at the moment, what with everyone being asked to stay at home because of the virus and a madman steering the ship toward a giant iceberg. I didn't have any severe issues with morning sickness, but any offensive smells (and i'm a nurse) would put me over the edge. Taste was highly sensitive as well. My poor husband...i had to have water in a specific glass with 7, NOT 6, NOT 8, ice cubes by my side at all times. I swear i could "taste" the difference!!! CRAZY, my first was an easy pregnancy, my second, on the other hand damn near killed me. Try being put on bed rest when I had an 18 month kiddo to chase around. No family support at this time as I was not in my home town. Congrats on your little one!!! PS wouldn't change it for the world.
