It is so hard not to stir. I like my protein to be browned/seared. Sometimes I scoop out the liquid into a bowl and then add it back in after the meat browns. It seems to work. Sometimes I over crowd the pan and I don't want the meat to steam I want it to brown. Ground beef has a lot of moisture in it. I am trying to work on this. Thank you for the wonderful videos.

The last time I went to Woolies, the pasta section was stripped bare but there were still plenty of noodles in the Asian food section. On one level this seems to be a sad reflection on Australian culture but, hey, at least I have noodles.
@uasj24 жыл бұрын
On the positive side though, Australian food culture 50 years ago would have regarded the pasta as exotic immigrant "wog food" and there would be no Asian noodles at all. Rice has been stripped from the shelves too, but my grandma only used rice to make rice pudding! The ingredients for the boring old Anglo-Australian staples (meat, potatoes, peas and carrots with a squirt of tomato sauce) would be those stripped from the shelves. We Aussies are on a wonderful journey from racist mono-culture to vibrant multi-culture - haven't got all the way yet, but we can be proud to have come so far.

No, bihon is made from rice so different from glass noodles which are called sotanghon and made from mung beans.

San Hu please understand what I’ve said. I didn’t mentioned that the Glass noodles is made from something else, I said the glass noodles that she’s cooking we called it BIHON or Pancit in a Philippines! When we cooked that noodles, we sometimes called it Sotanghon Bihon which using the glass noodles...and then there is also Kind of noodles that we are cooking and we called it, PANCIT OR BIHON! I am actually taking about what kind of dish she cooked.
