I've been utilizing protein leveraging these last couple of days and it really has made a difference. It's a lot easier to not feel hungry when my stomach is full of protein. Thanks for another great tip people's coach!

@@MarkBellsPowerProject Angastora Bitters was developed in 1824 by the Surgeon General for Simon Bolivar's soldiers as an aid for digestion. It is best you Google the story. It is now commonly used as a mixer in cocktails. Available at Walmart in a distinctive brown bottle. It helps settle my stomach when I overeat. Wonder if it would help athletes on a "bulking " diet? Another first for Mark Bell's Power Project! Lol

@@MarkBellsPowerProject Welcome, Enjoy! Another interesting product is Natto, fermented soybeans; Ancient Food of Japanese Warriors. Available in individual servings at your local Asian Market. High in protein and Vit K2, cardioprotective. I eat daily on toast with an egg yolk stirred in. I caution you do not taste for the first time without adding the packaged condiments. I recommend you watch a KZbin video on how to enjoy Natto, good stuff, be brave. Note Natto can be made in your kitchen for pennies. I envisage your boys lining up for their serving at the gym. Ist again. Getting in my 500 slingshot pushups while listening. Going to stop by ST today to check out hip circle to help me improve my vertical leap.I am redmeat heavy with little pork and eggs but daily 1lb hamburger and 1 lb steak . HEY NOW. Stay STrong

These are super early on Saturdays only. Classes usually fill up quick. Maybe check with your guidance counselor if you can get on the waiting list to see if anyone drops. JK, these ones aren't live (as of now).

What percentages of protein, carbs and fats would u go for? Would say 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs work
