There was a comic where modern day Beast Brought his teenage self and the other OG X-Men forward in time to the presant day. Teen Beast, usually accustommed to being the smartest person in the room felt obsolete with his out of date science and began studying magic. It didn't work out all that well, but he still proved himself capable.

The Teen beast from the All new X-men storyline dabbled with magic after feeling his scientific abilities were obsolete. It didn't end well. Is Wiccan even a mutant. That's never actually been confirmed. All his power appears to come from magic, and even ignoring the strange circumstances of his birth, mutants don't always have mutant children.

So many on the list....... I've never seen reference in the comics saying that they have "mystical powers". Only mutant I've heard referenced that their mutant Powers were magical in essence was Scarlet witch (Colossus sister magic and heard reference that Doctor Doom can use magic, but none of these other "magic users") NOT Storm, NOR Apocalypse, etc etc. They may have mutant abilities that seem like magic to others......like to see the references that says their powers are "magic". Because I've been a nerd for decades and have never seen anything saying as much.

Essentially there was one thing called Arcana or something in the mid 2000s that listed off a bunch of possible magic users. So like, literally "that one guy" who got to write a thing professionally once. Other then that mostly seems to be What Ifs, if anything. Other then Forge who does shaman things but its also not his power by any means (as opposed to Magick or Wanda). Apocalypse IIRC has his immortality as his actual mutation, then the rest is alien augmentation. Sure he could've learned magic like Doom, but probably doesn't need to. By this videos logic, Cyclops should be on there, cause he controls (or doesn't) eye portals to another dimension full of kinetic energy, which is probably as magical as Nightcrawlers teleports.

Storm's an interesting case in that she was born with untapped mystical potential, but never learned to master it. Her family is favoured by the Goddess Oshtur/Gaia, and she decends from many Powerful Sorceresses. Her Ancestor Ayesha was the direct successor to Agamoto and her ancestor Ashake was a Sorceress in ancient egypt. Given Apocalypse age, he probably just picked up up magic during his long life like Seline, he just doesn't use it much. It mostly came up when he worked with Excalibur. Nightcrawler really shouldn't count, he's never displayed any mystical potential and Azazel being his father has since been retconned. Beast isn't traditionally a magic user. There was a comic where his teenaged version, along with several other teenage X-Men were brought forward in time. Feeling that his scientific knowledge was out of date, he began studying sorcery. It didn't end well. None the less, he still has the potential.
