Massive Seal Leaves His Rescuers Breathless

Seal rescues are physically challenging for both, the rescuers as well as the seal. When big alpha male seal bulls are entangled, we need the whole rescue team at their strongest. This one did not play around, he fought very hard to avoid capture, obviously he did not know that we wanted to help him. He threw Wally off, even though he was restrained by the rescue net. He was too big to fully slide into the rescue net and the rescuers had to be very careful not to get hurt. The rescuers have to work together to roll him downhill to be able to access the right zipper, to remove the entanglement.
After an intense struggle, the rescuers succeeded, and the big seal got to run back into the ocean, his happy place. 🦭
