Thanks for the break down. This helps chain things together into more of a flow. Also, it’s fun.

Definitely. It will all come together and make more sense once we work through the tutorials and can then explore integration of the elements. Next up is crawling, stay tuned✌🏽

I look forward to your exercises so much! They really bring me so much joy and fun in movement exploration that really enhances my body confidence. I never got that kind of body confidence as a kid in gymnastics and ballet, but this, THIS more than makes up for it! Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and practice with us! ❤🎉😊Namaste!

Reconnecting with the joy in movement is EVERYTHING! It takes mindfulness & a different kind of discipline. IMO, the outcome is so much more expansive than the traditional approach of endlessly chasing goal after goal. Best wishes to you & keep on flowing!

The rocking is more fun for a core workout than anything else I’ve done. Thank you for breaking it down, i was able to do the right side but i need more practice on the left. Another favorite 😊 definitely stepping out of my comfort zone 😅

This was a ball. Made great progress in this one. It did get challenging late in the practice where I felt a little motion sickness. I'm in good shape and have never felt that in a workout before. It makes sense though. Felt like I was conditioning coordination. Thanks, brother. These practices are a gift.

Glad to hear it & great awareness on your part. In most cases the dizziness / disorientation from rolling passes quickly. Keep on flowing, king!
