You made a really good point about using methods like this while hiking. Even though I do like bouldering, I think that this can be an incredible bonus when you've got a backpack and everything's all weighted down. You need this extra strength. Thanks for bringing that up

Good stuff man! Started with you a few mornings a week back in July/ Aug and I've gone from stiff 53 yr old to limber monkey-man...actually getting pretty fluid! I even crawl up the stairs throughout the day too!

Just a heads up there are lots of ads in this one which is unusual for your channel from what I have seen. The interruption is a bit annoying right when you feel like you’re in flow. BUT This class is so good and I am really enjoying the series, learning heaps and expanding my range of motion. So good!
