Done this workout, kak. Tp sebnrnya prefer yg ada omong2nya, biar jelas instruksinya, krn aku ngikutin via youtube di hp. Kadang pas gerakan plank nggak nyadar kalo udah ganti gerakan lagi, krn nggak liat layar hp 😅 Jd kelewat deh.
