Hey guys in this video I'm continuing to talk about my program design and using conjugate method style programming. This is an example of a max effort lower body workout. In this day we are focusing on the deadlift using the trap bar and then doing lower body accessories to strengthen the posterior chain as well as to strengthen the deadlift. I'm trying to figure out how to make this programming method work for strongman. I don't have it all figured out but it's been a lot of fun so far.
