Great work doctor, what made you decide to place an implant when the adjacent teeth were getting crowns? Wouldn't a bridge be a better solution in this case? Best regards from Sweden

Usually an implant and 2 adjacent crowns is easier to clean and maintain that a 3 unit fixed bridge. I use an Aseptico motor and handpiece for implant placement. The torques and speeds are preset, so you just push the button for the pilot drill or osteoectomy for the implant. I am not sure what the settings are, but they are the same for all 4 bone types. Take your practice to the Top Tier. Should we worry about not having enough keratinized tissue when drilling through soft tissue or using tissue punch ?

You should always be concerned about keratinized gingiva surrounding natural teeth or implants. Drilling through the sott tissue should not be a factor in having or not having keratinized gingiva. Will this healing abutment help shape the papilla ? Just as a temporary would ?

Correct. I never place a provisional restoration on the implant/implant abutment at the appointment the implant is placed because I want the implant to osseointegrate for 3 months before biting/occlusal pressure is placed on the implant so the implant is not loosened from biting pressure on the provisional restoration prior to osseointegration of the implant. Sir I have a doubt: is there a chance the gingival pieces from the site can cause reaction if it enters the Bone while boring through with the pilot drill? Since we are not reflecting the flap, when we drill, the gingiva at the site of drilling may go in deep with the Bone right?

I have never heard of hyperplasia causing IA neuritis, but I am not an expert in that area. What type bone hyperplasia are you referring to? Bone Hyperplasia caused by what?
