I love you channel. I also have a crazy busy life. I am a medical professional with my own private practice. I usually start prepping for shabbat Wednesday night. I marinate all the meat so that Thursday I can start cooking. Sometimes, I wake up at 4 am on Friday so I can finish cooking finish cooking before I go to work .Your channel has given me so many fresh ideas. Thank you so much.

I am not Jewish but watching your videos has brought a big change to my household and we are loving it. I cook a few meals on one day and put in fridge and the just need to heat during the week and clean up is a breeze! I love the extra time I get to spend with my family instead of infront of stove or sink!!! Love the recipes too!!!!

Wow. I know this is Year old, but gosh these recipes look soooo amazing. I had eggplant as a child and it was just bitter and I hated it, but this looks so good. And the beet salad! I need to try these. And the matzoh ball soup! Thank you for the inspiration!

Oh em gee. Ur vinaigrette salad is a staple in Ecuadorian dishes. We make this salad all the time! My mom boils the beets tho but ur way looks easier for peeling. We just don't put pickles or sauerkraut and use lemon juice for the tangy flavor.

Hello Sonya. Passover is this coming Friday, so I have a question regarding the chicken soup and Matzo Balls. Should I use a whole chicken or two Cornish hens? If yes, what are u doing with the chicken, after cooking the soup? Except eating the chicken from the soup, or making chicken salad, what other recipes ideas do you have, if any? I'm always prefer to cook nd store the Matzo Balls separately. Chag Pesach Sameach

I serve the chicken with the soup

I noticed you use a lot of vegetable oil. I believe it’s very bad for your health. I stick with avocado, olive or coconut.
