👏👏👏 kudos, good sir. Kudos! This is an example of how a boss/employer should lead, by having his teams' backs! Sadly, in over 25 years of employment, I had never experienced this... only sexual harassment, psychological games of pitting employees against each other and just generally toxic environments feeling like we couldn't even go to the boss with an important issue for fear of being fired for "stirring up drama" or whatever other misogynistic phrase...or bosses that flat out stole from employees (or allowed other employees to do so). (Joy's of living in a right to work state, can be fired on the spot for pretty much anything, without notice.) And that is one of the reasons why I havent returned to work force. That and lack of pay, childcare etc. I'm not wiling to continue wearing out my body working for assholes that don't appreciate the work I do... and create such toxic and dangerous work enviroments.. All for them to side with an antimask customer, endangering me and my young special needs kids. That and there aren't any jobs in my area, that are enforcing my states covid/mask mandates. Nope. Not gonna happen. I had to make drastic changes to spending habits, housing etc... and am trying to build a small business from my artwork, handmade custom jewelry, sculptures etc that I always made and gave away or sold as a hobby/extra income... I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that if more employers made their employees feel valued, there wouldn't be near the worker shortage everyone keeps complaining about. We aren't robots. We are human beings with dreams, desires, expectations of civility, feelings and lives outside of our employment. Apologies for this unintentional rant, guess I got a bit triggered ... especially with our federal and state governments failing us (that have lost damn near everything during this pandemic) and continues to placate and coddle those that are only causing the pandemic and economic disparity to worsen. The fact that they send billions to aid governments that stomp all over human rights issues... but can't seem to care that the people here have adequate medical care, food, housing etc. And cut off unemployment and other safety nets while the pandemic still rages, especially in red rural areas like mine. It's shamefully disgusting and has my usually laid back self, furious! We must get money, stock options, big donations etc out of our politics, if we ever stand a chance of weeding out the corrupt only in it for power and wealth... That is how we will get public servants that actually work for the public, and not against us. Make each elected official live like their average citizen, at least for a time. A sort of forced lesson in empathy . And watch how quick policies change!

Why have pumpkin spice ravioli once a year when you can have pumpkin cappellacci (almost) all year round👀 They are literally giant tortellini filled with pumpkin, nutmeg and grana cheese, eaten during the cold season. Cheeky Mr Rana reinventing the wheel for the US market, I see you

I'm torn, I used to listen to Dave & Chuck the freak all the time on my drives to work in the AM, and now I work from home so I watch these Colbert clips (and live stream the radio lol) since I cant stay up late enough to watch them since I'm up so early.. so I am on both sides here even if it is based on ridiculous trolling to get attention by the radio guys :) .... also they're syndicated in Boston, they're located just outside of Detroit.. not that it matters coming from a Canadian lol.

I don't think Boston's Rock 92.9 FM - Boston's Rock Leader had their names said this much on TV before today, ever. Props to them. As they say, there's no bad advertising. EDIT: Are they a CBS subsidiary, perchance?
@PIXPromosMore3 жыл бұрын
CBS isn't in the Radio business anymore; they sold all their stations to a company called Entercom a few years ago, Which recently changed their name to "Audacy".

Stephen how could you? Where is your Northside solidarity? Wildcats do not diss the our Cubbies, especially not '80's Wildcats--considering our football win/loss record. No, we blow off our afternoon classes on a nice warm (hey it's over 65 degrees) afternoon in May, hop the 'El south to catch an afternoon game while discussing our 'Dillo Day plans, drink a beer, and sing along with Harry Caray ( may he and all of his plaids, rest in peace).
