I just found you. My medicine ball has been sitting there for a few years. I was a bit sore yesterday but I did it again today because I know that the soreness is good and will get better.

I loved this. Please do more. 10 minutes is a great length. I might need to get a lighter ball 😂. 6 pounds wiped me out!

Yes, 6 lbs is heavier than mine. Whenever something is new to me, I start off easy and then increase over time. This was just a 2lb ball and I felt it the next day just from using different muscles. I will slowly increase the more I use it. But you could cut down on the reps for a while and then add more. Listen to your body. A little soreness the next day is okay, but not pain! @@FitnessWithCindy Yes, i did them both but two isn't enough! Thank you for sharing all of your videos. I like them all and when you go to fast for me I just play the video at a lower speed in youtube until I can learn the routine and keep up with your pace.

Thank you for reaching out. I just went to our website and found the Rhino brand did let me click on a 2lb ball once it took me to Amazon. So not sure what happened. Maybe try it again. And thanks again.
