@@BreathNow_app I like meditations because that's what I use from KZbin the most. The breathing/meditation where you use affirmations is my favorite. But, anything you do is really good. Your exercises are very helpful.....just keep doing what you are led to! ❤

This really helps me a lot! I had a stroke and horrible anxiety while taking my blood pressure. It was a problem! Listening to this has lowered my blood pressure so much when it’s time to take readings! Thank you 🙏

I was just put on blood pressure medicine. Do you have somethings I can do to get off

Hi, thanks for your question. Obviously if your doctor has put you on hypertension medicine, you need to follow his advice. All exercises/activities on my channel either help to calm down and lower blood pressure SHORT term OR train cardio system which leads to lower blood pressure in the LONG rung. Please look at these activities (aerobic exercises, breathing exercises, acupressure, meditation, sleep stories, calming music etc) and agree with your doctor how to integrate them in your overall treatment plan. There are many examples where users who implemented activities from this channel were able gradually get off medications. Please try these activities and let me know which ones worked best for you.
