This was fantastic! I teach this stuff and am always looking for the next golden nugget to add to my tool kit. Some of this was new for me. These techniques can truly be life changing. Write them down, post them on your fridge, and keep them in mind. The idea of the snow globe and not "biting" when someone is fishing for an argument can be especially useful for parents of teens. Thanks for posting this!

Cutting you off in traffic ... I was in Thailand many years ago and I remembered travelling in a cab and I asked a question about fast drivers cutting in and he explained about Thais not being annoyed about it. He explained the Thais actually feel sorry for them or believe there is a reason they need to get somewhere quickly, they just DON'T WORRY.

For the girl crying over the guy who ghosted her.....I have a question for you: Would you want someone who made you cry like that? Would you want someone who isn't empathetic towards your feelings? Rejection is God's protection.... Imagine if the stakes were higher- maybe you were with him for 5 years, or you were married to him, or you had kids etc....How would you feel if he ghosted you then, or emotionally abandoned you? Trust me babygirl, he did you a favo,r bc you found out who he really was EARLY. Now, stop crying and GLOW THE FUCK UP.

That guy who basically used that young lady was not worth her in the least. And at the end..... Who else is a child of trauma and could see her inner wounded child come out as she was talking about being bullied? Even after such a long time 'yes' we are still affected. Some of us can't have healthy relationships due to past trauma. Really work-in-progress.
