Thank you again Coach Gaby and Mere. My health has gotten better since June of this year. My blood glucose went from being 11.3 in June of this year to 6.3 as of December 11th. I have been eating better too. Moving more all the time. Stress is down too. Cheers to 2025!🎉🎉
