The solo starts so sneakily and then builds and builds and towards the end its become the centerpiece of the song. Kirk's written some great parts. I don't see how more theory or technique would benefit this song, it's perfect as is.

(Because, James has started to riff too fast at 04:29...then the Kirk's guitar solo is now unplayable) So, watch carefully; James is getting attraction of the people so Kirk is playing an improvisation. not the solo of the song.
