My body developed reflex with every practice of yours. Now as i hear your voice, it already remembers the state of relaxation and peace, and i am getting aligned even before starting the practice. I needed that deep breath, I felt clogged up, this released everything 🙏🏼👍🏽at the end of the 3rd round my body started swaying gently, moved by energies beyond my control... never happened before 🙏🏼🧘‍♀️🍀💚thank you so much x

Dear Ezz, this would greatly depend on the state of the heart-health. If someone has some serious heart problems already then this is not advisable to do at all. It would be better to do very gentle practices like Anulom Vilom (see my other video) . But if one is already quite healthy then this will strengthen the heart and Cardio-Vascular system. Why can't you do this if you have High Blood pressure? I would've thought deep breathing would be perfect for hypertension.

It's important - in case of High Blood pressure, to do the breathing techniques slowly, where you don't have to breathe too strongly because if you do, you'll activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight of flight mode) where you'll activate your spirit, and this is what you want to calm down.
