Walking is healthy heel-to-toe. Running has too much impact for that so toe-to-heel is better for running
@gawdsuniverse32824 жыл бұрын
In the wild world, it is natural to walk on the ball of the foot first, that way the foot can feel the ground or anything lying on it and adjust easily avoiding injury. In the modern world with even pavements and wearing shoes that survival tactic is no longer essential. Walking on the ball of the foot is a passive way to exercise as well as toning calves and buttocks while easing impacts on the spine, as well as keeping a fine sense of balance, everyone should toe-to-heel for the health benefits.

HW. The entire performance is him telling the people a highly exaggerated version of our everyday lives. It really doesn’t take much to get an audience into laugher with such relatable topics... we all have experienced one or more of these things in our lives and 99% of the time we all have the same thoughts and actions to deal with them. The laughter is purely down to the exaggerated story and the relatability to that story. We’ve all made others laugh with our own relatable moments in life. It really is the easiest type of comedy that there is! A comedian who actually creates a show based on genuine jokes and fictional stories is the true genius.
@roseamalee14644 жыл бұрын

Amalee Lewis. My sense of humour is functioning perfectly.... and I never said that I didn’t laugh at his performance. I just find the use of comedy genius to be wildly exaggerated when deciding his ability with comedy.

This is one of the only current comedians that can make me laugh out loud. He is very creatively funny, stuff no one else would think of in the perspective he does. Feet, really feet are weird but funny, with this guy they are, and forget about calves.

As a Norwegian, we walk the zigzag. Because we just don’t feel the need to hurdle the rope and stuff like that. We are just to socially awkward for that kind of thing. Plus personally I am clumsy so I would never attempt that
