I rarely comment, but I loved this class! Everything about it was great from the warm-up, to the pilates, cardio, and cool down! Thanks for getting rid of that large mic too, this is way better! Thanks, Michelle. Finally got around to doing this. Great workout. I wanted a shorter workout, but once I got started I seemed to kick in and get more energy, so I ended up repeating the full body workout part, but then I almost couldn't make it through the cardio! lol. I just modified the third round to some low-impact, slower movements, just so I could keep moving....Probably going to feel this tomorrow. Planning on a good stretch.

OMG... I can't believe how this workout challenged my body! The moves are so simple, but so effective. I caught myself focusing on my breathing to get through it, and will definitely go back to it!!!

Absolutely LOVED this workout, Michelle. Did it earlier along with a 30 minute stretch afterwards. I feel FANTASTIC!!! And here's a disclosure, I am not a huge fan of Barre but I have also learned that the only reason for that is because I had not done Barre with YOU!! I modify standing moves a bit due to my knee but you have absolutely been a Barre game changer for me!!!!❤

Excellent workout and yoga flow/stretch at the end!! Thank you so much My only suggestion would be to title it "30 min + 5 min yoga flow" to indicate that the heavier workout portion is 30 as opposed to 40 min :)
