Love this kickboxing like workout!Girl your abs are looking fire! I started using the snap supplements love them! Going to try the greens! Rock on team!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for a busy day where I still wanted to fit something in! Great calorie burn with 3lb ankle weights and 3lb dumbells. Also picked up an 8lb weight for the good mornings at the end. ;)

This was great! Uses ankle weights and lace ups. Burned 150 active 200 total! Added on booty band one after.
