I have been in Tirzepatide since April and my heart palpitations, tachycardia and PVCS are pretty much nonexistent. My joint pain is rare. I’ve lost 29 pounds! My cardiologist recommended it I do not have T2D but mild insulin resistance and Hypothyroidism due to thyroid removal in 1998. I just turned 50 and I also started HRT. I FINALLY FEEL ALIVE! I’m not micro dosing yet I’m in weight loss but I will micro dose as long as I can take this peptide. I have had minimal side effects. I’m on compounding as my terrible insurance BCBS refuses to cover any medication for anyone if they have obesity. That is the truth. Sad that we have to stay sick for the 💰 for Pharma and insurance companies NOT THE DOCTORS. they mostly want to help us! Good video!

Also I found out from 23 and Me that I have 2 copies of the APOE4 (the worse one 😫) Alzheimer’s gene and so I hope they find this medication helps. Alzheimer’s is strongly on my mother’s side. This medication shows promise for the health of our brains. 🙏🏽

I have BCBS as well. FINALLY got Zepbound approved two days ago. My advised is to use Zepbound for weight loss since Mounjaro would only be approved if you have T2D, they don’t care if you’re pre diabetic or overweight they will not approve it. Zepbound is the same thing as Mounjaro so you can try that route. And advocate for yourself. I called and get the reason why it would first denied and then did an appeal.

I haven't moved past 5mgs of Zepbound and I am still losing. My only side effect was when I went up to 5mg a few months in and it's indigestion/heart burn. My endo is totally fine with me staying at the lowest levels needed to be effective. It has been truly life changing for me. My blood pressure is in the normal range again and I've lost about 60% of the weight I need to lose so far. I think I'm going to be the first person in my family, outside of my weight lifting aunt, to not develop type II diabetes and heart disease. One of my other aunts just had part of her toe removed and my mom has already had a heart attack at 63, so I didn't want to go down that path. Starting to build in strength training and feeling optimistic about aging.

My improved mood, my improved focus and cognition with a noticeable increase in energy is incredible. My appetite is significantly reduced because of the fact that food noise is minimal. I think it had to do with the digestion, slowing down and needing easier to digest foods. The low dosage wasn’t effective for me and the higher dosage made me not want it eat anything healthy and also lost my zest for life so if people can microdose and it works for them, that’s great. My anxiety was through the roof on both sema and tirz less than min dosage. Does it mean they are just not for me?

I'm on Trizepatide and the side effects are awful. Could only go to 3.5. It causes insomnia. I'm getting off it. I didn't lose much weight either. From what I understand it also bypasses the Vagus nerve and crosses the blood brain barrier. This doesn't seem to be healthy for anyone.

It has numerous cognitive benefits. Takes away emotional eating, alzheimers, parkinsons...

From independent sellers like weight loss focus offices around your area. Just make your they’re 100% trusted offices or online there’s companies advertising but do your own research.

Very informative. But from a professional standpoint, lose the gif inserts, they don’t value and seem inappropriate.

So the human body was designed so poorly we need drugs to be normal ? Where is the average person going to find a doctor to monitor and micro dose?

I go to a weight loss center that uses compounded semaglutide and they are on board with me staying on the lowest dose they use. 0.25mg.

Love that someone is taking the dosing seriously :D now we just need some one to talk about the Half Life of the semaglutide: for many people it don't last 7 days for me it les than 48h and it has a peak at 26-28h (i'm now at 0.4mg @ week but devides this into a smaller dosage every 2. dag) started at 148kg and is now 106kg (my goal is around 80kg)

I see the “half life” drop off as a time to practice. Yet my hormones are whacked due to older age. I only needed to lose a small amount, but i like how my brain “feels”. It’s a bizarre peptide. I take a small dose but enjoy its other benefits. Better sleep, less compulsive thoughts.. basically, i feel normal again. I often skip to 10 days. But i can see cycling off &on thru out my life. Im waiting for the junk food industry to create a bogus research study of its “dangers”…..
