🏆 My Goal 🏆
Is to eliminate the gym bro issues ( working out 5-6 x a week for little to no results)
with the HIT HEAVY DUTY / HIT (High Intensity Training) methods from Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates & Arthur Jones. you will learn how to maximize your muscle growth & cut down your gym section time while getting stronger & bigger faster.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
👨 About Me
Hi my name is JT & this is my story
I remember going to the gym 5 days & sometimes even every day / 7 days a week for 2-3 hours & even though I achieve a physique better than 80% of gym goers I was not satisfy with it because the amount of effort I was putting in & out the gym.
I was tired of that bullshit so I started to listen to Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates, implemented what they preach ( workout less, train to failure, eat a well balanced diet & rest to let the growth process happens ) now I’m stronger & bigger than ever working out 3-4 x a week for 45min - 1hr max = 4 hours a week, now I got time for my family, for myself, to growth my business & enjoy life while still looking & feeling amazing & that’s what I want to share with you 🚀

He's absolutely right, I agree. Eat a well balanced diet, train hard, sleep and progress. No need to wake up in the middle of the night to get your 5th protein feeding of the day haha 🙈 However, we later discovered the thermic effect of protein being 20-30% which makes protein really closer to a net 3 calories per gram. So, if I'm being pedantic, excessive protein will result in less adipose tissue than any other macronutrients. Still agree with Mike that it's overrated for putting on muscles. You dont need 1g/lbs of bodyweight as people make it seem. Thanks for the great video man!

The whole reason that milk of all kinds is comprised the way it is, already proves Mentzer's claims. It's primary use is to produce growth in infants, it's mostly liquid, with quite some sugars and fats and proteins but there is a balance of all those macro (and micro) nutrients without an overemphasis on protein. Nature is more honest than corporations.

Well im not sure if 16 extra calories or 1 gram of protein is all thats required. in a lab in a petri dish or with a calorimeter one can observe such chemistry and physics, but the way the human body actually works is to be discovered and proven with experiments and real life results. But he does put into perspective you dont need protein shakes. And dont need to eat crazy caloric surpluses....And most of what he says I agree with. Mikes head is screwed on alot tighter than most bodybuilders.

Mentzer told us to eat 60% carbs in a diet for a reason, and thats what the nutritional scientists advise people. Carbs are the most important thing for your muscles, your muscles are 78% water making carboHYDRATES very important, you are literally dehydrating your muscles on a no carb diet which is why you also look drier but smaller mass wise. And yet so many people demonize carbs or act like its bad for you when Carbs are just as important as protein and fats, or even more. I once have been ganged up by a bunch of keto and carnivore diet fanboys when i said a fact about how important carbs are. The truth is you need to eat every type of food to be HEALTHY, cutting out any macro, food group in a diet is terrible for you, thats why you shouldnt follow any diet that makes you remove an entire macro.

The key to a healthy diet is how much insulin, and consequently growth factors like IGF-1 are stimulated. Whilst Mike was right that a keto diet was deficient in carbohydrate, diets of above 20-30% of maintenance energy from carbohydrate are also unhealthy. Also, the amount of protein stated was in response to maligning fat, and is still twice as much as needed. Most of our energy should come from natural fat; 3:2 monounsaturated to saturated, which is relatively inert.

I disagree with the excess calories, always leading to weight gain. Type one diabetics who are void of insulin can eat thousands of calories of fat and protein, and not gain any weight, until they eat carbohydrates and have to inject insulin. The more calories they eat of carbs the more insulin they would need the more weight they would gain. But the body can’t store energy as fat when insulin is low, so an excess of protein and fat if your insulin is low, will not result in waking because that’s where your ketones come from which is just fat energy that wasn’t stored was burned up, metabolized, and then urinated out and breathed out through your breath.

Pretty simple tbh. Eat 8-10 eggs for breakfast, which should be about 50-60g protein. 700-900 cals. Eat a wrap or something with a chicken breast, which is about 54g protein and 290 cals. For dinner make something like Burritos, Burgers, Lasagna and include 300g of 10% fat ground beef which would be 60g protein and about 530 cals. That’s 164-174 grams of protein, total is 1720 cals from the protein then whatever else you have alongside with it.

@@ryanmichaelpower who the fk is gonna eat 10 eggs for breakfast? no one in their right mind should do that because that's not a balanced diet. considering the WHO recommends 0.8 g of protein / kg of body weight for regular folk, if you are training to build muscle just make it 1 gram / kilo (not 1 g/lbs like the supplements companies tell you). it's literally what Mentzer always said.
