Thank you so very much for teaching me how to bake with gond, acacia gum! I had no idea, but have desperately searched for such a recipe that you show here, wanting avoid using xanthan gum, and not had much luck in finding organic psyllium husk online. I love that gond has so many health benefits. I also love that this recipe works with other lovely gluten free flours ❤🙏

@@poonamtalwar7781 So baking a gluten-free free bread with wholegrain flour is difficult. As you have noticed, I don't use any refined ingredients in my recipes. Every flour has different ratio and outcome will be different. I tried my breads recipes countless times before uploading here so that my viewers can get the best results. If you're a beginner I would recommend to try this bread. Follow all steps and give attention to the consistency of the dough (as per the video). Please check the expiry of millet. It shouldn't taste bad. The only possible reason for this could be old millet. Otherwise this bread tastes good.
