I made this today and it came out really really nice. For veggies I used carrots, green beans and sweet corn kernels. I didn’t have millet idlis. I just used millets soaked in water for 2 hrs (without roasting). Basically made it like rava upma. Very yummy.

U can use millet directly without doing idali by washing and soaking millet in water for 2 hours.

Diabetic meal must have fiber + fat + lean protein. For diabetic Carbs should not exceed 45gms, millets 1/4 cup uncooked comes with 45gms and coocked vegges turns as carbs. 1/4 cup won't fill our tummy. Means this is not a complete meal for diabetic. Have food and test after 1 hr. It should be below 140. That's is the diabetic food. Millets GI is 60+. fiber and protein in millets is very less so won't help much. As a diabetic fed up all these recepies in the internet. Found my own meal plan by testing after food. This is to create awareness who follow blindly.
