I gotta be honest, initially when I had discovered Graham, when I was in credit card debt and insecure about money, I hated Graham cause he seemed cocky about how much he made for his age, but now that I am out of that debt, have lowered my expenses way below my friends' expenses and am heavily investing, I really like the way Graham speaks about money. And the way he treats it, he respects it but doesn't let money or the want to make money take over life's happiness. Big fan now and forever!

@1234 True and that is why many poor people blame the rich all the time. Yes, some rich people are greedy but some rich people worked hard for their money and are penny-wise. What is important is to avoid debt as much as possible and live within or below your means if you can help it.

eh I think BTB is more of a live by being sparse until you die type of guy vs a live frugal now, ball out later. Graham lives for the future, BTB's future is his present. BTB feels you should NEVER get that lambo or even a brand new Toyota. Graham feels you shouldn't get the lambo until you at least have it's worth 5 times over in your bank account. Two adjacent styles clashing there.

This is assuming she keeps her job...which she is NOT. She’s moving to Germany with no job prospects and we all know post grad people don’t make sh*t.
